We also provide gas safety inspections for homeowners, landlords and property management agents, providing a gas safety certificate on completion if required.The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994 (as amended) places a duty on gas consumers, installers, suppliers and landlords to have all gas appliances/associated pipe works, flues, heaters to be checked annually for safety.
We will include a Flue Gas Analysis/Pressure Test Report with all safety checks as standard.
